After coating, the substrate needs to be sent to an oven or hot air drying tunnel for curing. During the curing process, the polyurethane mixture undergoes a cross-linking reaction to form PU backings with high strength and elasticity. The choice of curing temperature and time has an important impact on the performance of the final product and needs to be adjusted according to the specific formula and application scenario.

After the curing is completed, the PU backings also need to undergo a series of subsequent treatments, such as trimming, cutting and inspection. Trimming and cutting are to process the backing into the required size and shape, while inspection is to ensure that the quality and performance of the final product meet the standards.
